Attending with a baby not on the move and only wish to use the café? No ticket required. 

Arrive and leave anytime on the day you have booked. During busy periods we may need to close off the role play area briefly for a re-set and clean. Our kitchen will break for 30 minutes during the Day to clean and re-set.

PLAY AREAS​

Most suitable under supervision from crawling, to any age that a child enjoys role play, so long as rules of play are adhered to. We have a home from home, supermarket, space, hospital, vet hospital, construction & pizza restaurant zone. We also have a soft play area with a double slide and, a separate sensory slide. Additionally we have a fun interactive mini basketball game that adults & children enjoy. We have baby toys, mats & bouncers.

CAFE/ SEATING

There is a large seating area with 10-12 tables, high chairs, sofa seating & children's chairs. All seating as view of the soft play & slide areas. Some seating has good viewing of the role play areas.

We have a full baby changing and accessible W/C. Handtowels are provided instead of electric dryers as a lot of children find the noise frightening. We have a low level large changing bed available for those who may require the use of one.

PARKING & TRANSPORT.

Lidl is directly opposite and offer 90 minutes free parking for all, Hackbridge station is less than a minute away.

We offer a £3 reimbursement for those who pay to park in Hackbridge station, making all day parking just £4.60.

The train station also offers excellent links from many stations including Clapham, Central London and Balham

BUSES: 151 & 127 less than a minutes walk.

SUMMARY OF TERMS

- By booking a ticket you accept our full rues of play and, terms and conditions which can be found on our website. 
- Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable. 
- All guests must leave promptly at closing time. 
A tidy up bell may ring approx every hour to tidy up/ clean our play areas. In busy times the role play areas may be closed off briefly in order to clean and re-set. 
- Our venue is best suited for ages 7 years & under.
- No shoes to be worn outside of the seating area for adults or children but of course those with disabilities and additional needs who require clean indoor footwear are always permitted to do so. Please ask us for shoe coverings. 
- We have limited buggy spaces available in our seating area. Muddy buggy wheels will not be permitted. 
- If you do not purchase the correct amount of tickets, we may have to refuse entry for your booking as we operate on a very strict limited amount of spaces. If we do have spaces, additional spaces can be paid via card or correct cash at the venue. 
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- 1 adult per child is permitted in the play area during busy times, apart from those who require a carer.
- Children must not climb or hang off netting on the soft play side for safety reasons.

If you want to make a Day of it, there is a pirate park equipped with sandpit and slides next to us. We are located just minutes away from the beautiful Beddington Park and, are just 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Carshalton ponds. Carshalton Village High street poses many family friendly shops and eateries.
