All ticket options Included £1 booking & transaction fee. Tickets are non-refundable but may be able to be transferred if spaces are available. All three ticket options include; - 🛷 Sit in Santa’s sleigh, great photo opportunities! - 🎁 Gift for each child 🎁 - 🍪 Biscuit decorating in the gingerbread house 🍪 - 🎄 Tree hanging decorating 🎄 - 🦌 Reindeer food for Christmas eve 🥕 - 🛝 Free play on the soft play, construction, pizza zone & slides 🍕. Other role play zones are closed. Siblings can be added for just £5 for November dates! Baby's not on the move are free with a full paying adult/ child. If you are ONLY bringing a baby not on the move, please purchase a child ticket for the relevant option. Different ticket options include different things. ‼️IMPORTANT INFO ‼️ - Our simulation style train ride is located up stairs in our mezzanine with no lift. Please let us know if you require a more accessible option. - Those who book a November session can add siblings for just £5! 🎫 There are 3 ticket options 🎟️ OPTION 1. Train ride, extra gift per child, cookies & milk per child, basket of herby crispy roasties per adult (welcome to mix & match). £26 per child, £12 per adult.🚂 🍳 🍪 🎁 OPTION 2. Includes train ride minus drinks & snacks £22.50 per child. £6 per adult. 🚂 🍪 🎁 OPTION 3. No train ride or snacks. £18 per child. No fee per 1st adult. 🍪 🎁 🕰️ Please allow 30 minutes for the train ride and at least 45 mins for free play & biscuit decorating. The sessions run for 1.5 hours although we allow for 2 hours. You can stay for as little or long as you like per session. Other role play zones are closed. 🍓🍳 🥖 FOOD DURING NOVEMBER CHRISTMAS SESSIONS. - Unless due to unforeseen circumstances, a special festive brunch & snack menu will be available to purchase during these sessions to include but not limited to; - Loaded roasties - Festive roast chicken, cranberry & cheese toastie - Mug of soup & sandwich - Kids teddy plate meals - French toast with berries - Loaded pancake stack and plenty more!

Cancellation Policy

Due to demand, tickets are non refundable and non transferable. We allow two hours for sessions from opening to closing the doors. Those booking tickets for train rides should endeavour to arrive at least within 15 minutes of the session start time. No train rides or decorating will take place during the last 25 minutes of each time slot. We will not refuse entry if you arrive late and you can leave early, that is entirely your choice. The train rides are located upstairs via a short step of steep stairs and as it is a mezzanine we do not have a lift. Unless specifically requested, there the cookies and milk will contain dairy. We do have dairy free available.
