Lidl is directly opposite and offer 90 minutes free parking, Hackbridge station is less than a minute away. The station also offers paid parking. BUSES: 151 & 127 less than a minutes walk. SUMMARY OF TERMS - By booking a ticket you accept our full rues of play and, terms and conditions which can be found on our website. - Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable. However, we will endeavour to assist you with a transfer with at least 48 hours notice. Please email info@dougiesplaycafe.co.uk for transfers. - All guests must leave by the time of the session closing time. A tidy up bell will ring approx 5 minutes before the end to signal tidy up/ get ready to leave. - Our venue is best suited for ages 7 years & under. Older siblings may attend with a younger sibling. Please contact us for enquiries regarding lone children attending over the ages of 8 years. - No shoes to be worn outside of the seating area for adults or children but of course those with disabilities and additional needs who require clean indoor footwear are always permitted to do so. - We have very limited buggy spaces available in our seating area. Muddy buggy wheels will not be permitted. - ALL adults and, children who are crawling who wish to use the play areas require a ticket. - you do not need a ticket if you wish to use the cafè area only. If you want to make a Day of it, we are located just minutes away from the beautiful Beddington Park and, just 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Carshalton ponds. Carshalton Village High street poses many family friendly shops and eateries.

Cancellation Policy

Non-refundable. We will attempt to accommodate transfers with at least 48 hours notice so that we can open up your space to another guest.
